How would I describe Carrie and Joe? They are two of the most genuine and caring couples that I have ever met! These two said “I Do” surrounded by family and friends in a laid-back and fun atmosphere!

Carrie and Joe wanted a venue that gave you a homey feeling and that allowed all of the children to run around freely. The Rigmor House couldn’t have been more perfect for their big day! With a homey cabin feel and a large lawn for running and games, it was just the place they had dreamed of. Plus, it had some EPIC sunset portraits location that were some of my favorite photos from the day! Check out the stunning veil shot!

Another big part of their day was the importance of being surrounded by their family and friends. Joe proposed to Carrie with a family heirloom ring that belonged to his grandmother. They also incorporated the sweetest generation and grandmother dance!  Oh my heart!

Their colors of sage and navy blue were perfect for their summer big day! Plus they really POPPED with Carrie’s eyes! This may or may not have been one reason that they picked them! Oh.. and it may have also had something to do with the Charlotte 49’s (their school!).

What is your most valuable piece of advice you can share with future couples?
Find someone who makes you laugh and melts your stress away. What could be more important to have by your side for the rest of your life?
